Nice to meet you

Don't be a stranger, say hello...

My name is Addison and I have been designing for quite some time. I love solving problems through visual mediums and interactions. I have a Master’s Degree from Vermont College of Fine Arts and have worked on a wide range of projects for diverse audiences.

I currently live in a historic home outside Baltimore, Maryland. When I am not designing you can find me brewing a fresh cup of coffee, restoring my home, or playing with my goldendoodles, Pasta and Summer.

About Teaching

The best designers continually observe and practice.

I love what I do, and enjoy teaching others all the design tips and tricks I have learned through the years. I predominantly teach at Howard Community College, but often partner with local arts organizations for mentorship programs. If you’re new to the field or have a burning question; please, contact me.

About Design

Through design, We can shape a better world.

I am a multidisciplinary designer, artist, educator, and curator who values the cultural importance of visual work and aims to create solutions with empathy, authenticity, and intent.

I believe that designers and artists are purveyors of cultural change and that it is our responsibility to be thoughtful in our communication. Visual work should empathize with its audience, bring people together, and break down barriers. Creating benevolent work in our digital age reminds us of the interconnectedness of all life.
